We recommend you provide two "contact" people for our staff to work with. They should not be in the bridal party & should know the time-line & any special requests you may have made. Each contact person will have different tasks:
CREW LEADER CONTACT PERSON:
Set up place cards, table numbers and table favors before ceremony. Notify crew leader if there are any delays in dinner service time; take cake parts, gifts and any items left behind by your guests.
